My name is Tommy Troy. I played three years at Stanford University, with three College World Series appearances. I was drafted 12th overall in 2023 by the Arizona Diamondbacks. So far, I’ve played in High-A and recently participated in the Arizona Fall League. During my offseason in Scottsdale, I want to gain experience coaching in an area I know best. I also want to share my experiences to help young players get ahead mentally and provide them with the reps and coaching they need. I would love to work with players to help them master their swing, use their bodies more efficiently, and, in turn, increase their power and barrel accuracy. I can assist hitters in building a personalized routine that works for them and help them better understand their swing. Infield-wise, I can help players identify their weaknesses and limitations on defense, as well as provide the necessary coaching and drill work.
