Join Olympian Dylan Woodhead for a one hour long class on Defender training and conditioning. The class will cover a variety of skills and drills for particular parts of defender gameplay including video breakdowns and discussions. In addition, Dylan will discuss defender conditioning philosophy and workouts. Get prepped and ready for high school season with this one hour class on Sunday August 28th from 5-6pm.
In the breaststroke course, I'll be focusing on all aspects of the stroke, from the pullout, pull and kick. In addition, I will teach the keys to certain dryland/weight room exercises that will help with maintaining technique.
