Cole Kastner

In my first 2 years as a defenseman at UVA, I have been fortunate to play against some of the best players in College Lacrosse. I have learned so much about on-ball defense and improved my footwork, stick checks, approaches and so much more. Additionally, the speed and intensity of the game has rapidly improved my off-ball awareness and communication skills. I am passionate about helping Lacrosse grow throughout the country and will do my best to help as many people as possible.
