Hi my name is Chris Jhong and I am a Division I Swimmer at the University of California, Berkeley. My accomplishments include 2x Olympic Trials qualifier, 2x NCAA qualifier, 5x Pac-12 Finalist, and 2x NCAA team champion. Through my accomplishments and experiences I have learned many tips and tricks to excel as a swimmer. My hope is to share these with young swimmers in hopes of improving their swimming.
This 10 session package will give swimmers the tools to become proficient swimmers in all four strokes. Swimmers will also elevate their mental approach to the game receiving tips and insights on how to approach nutrition, conditioning and race day.
These 5 in-person sessions will allow you to master the fundamentals of swimming, and give you the foundation necessary to take your technique to the next level. Each session can be catered to your goals and aspirations in the sport!
