Hello, my name is Brendan. I am an NCAA Champion and Big 10 Swimmer of the Year. I believe that my success in swimming is largely attributed to my underwater kicking. I have always been a good underwater kicker, and I believe that it is the 5th stroke and the future of high-level swimming. I can't wait to share my knowledge with the next generation of swimmers.
